  • How do I check the status of my order? What is an order number? How do I track my order using this number?

    An order number is used to reference your order by our ordering system . After you place an order, you will be given an order number If you've lost your order number and want to retrieve it, please email us at info@dcalltech.com or call us at 1-800-606-6181. and provide us with your order date and the full name you used in the billing section (not ship to section) of the checkout page when you made your purchase.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    Obviously if you noticed an error right after you placed the order on the confirmation page or initial confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

    However, once the item has been shipped, and you simply decided to buy the part elsewhere, no longer need the part, or ordered the wrong part, there will be a 20 % restocking fee.

  • What if my part is out of stock or unavailable for shipment?

    We go to great lengths to make sure that all our products on our site are in stock. It may happen that an error occurs on our website and product is marked in stock but, unfortunately item may be backordered. After we have exhausted all means possible in trying to locate the part you ordered, we will notify you that one or all of the parts you ordered are out of stock.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept major Credits Cards such as Visa & MasterCard. We also accept payments through Paypal.

  • Do you accept check, money order, or wire transfer as payment options?

    Yes, we accept checks, money order, and wire transfer (or electronic debit) as payment options. You will although need to call us to place the order using these payment methods.

  • During the checkout process, I noticed 'phone number ' was a required field . Why do you need my phone number?

    We collect your phone number as well as other contact details so we can inform you if there is a problem with your purchase. We may also contact you in case we need to verify or clarify information you provided us.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship to all major Canadian cities. We can also ship orders to the United States. We do not ship to a PO Box

  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
     

    We mainly use Dicom Express and Purolator. We can also ship freight collect using your choice. Please contact our customer service for more details.

  • How long does it take to receive my item?

    In general, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days. Processing times, support delivery times may slow down the dispatch of your purchase.

  • Why does the tracking number I received on my email show no movement on the carriers' website?

  • Why is the weight of my package higher than the actual weight of the product?

    Shipping and Handling Charges are calculated based on dimensional weight, which takes into account the total mass, the actual size of the shipping box, and the destination. Sometimes the dimensions of the box (length X width X height) cause the billable weight of the product to be higher than the actual weight of a product. We accounted for this dimensional weight in the shipping cost at the time of purchase and there is no additional shipping cost.

  • I need my article rather quickly. Can I speed up my shipment?

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?

    Sorry, we do not ship to PO boxes.
