We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Warranty applies to the part only (no labour is covered).
NEW Stock Returns sent back after 30 days from the invoice and without an RMA will automatically be charged a 10% handling fee.
If the item is not defective and shows signs of use, a 10% testing/handling fee may be applied, A good-faith partial credit may be issued if the unit is not repairable or reusable.
If the item fails testing and is confirmed defective by our techniciens, a full credit (part only) will be issued with no handling fees.
Shipping charges are not creditable.If shipping was billed to the Alltech account, it will be deducted from the credit issued.
Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item and we will arrange for its return.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, including all components, and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited.
We are not responsible for installation errors, for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed or installed for any reason excluding starters and alternators.
The following parts NOT returnable:
- repair kits, regulators, rectifiers, solenoids, starter drives and Special-order products cannot be returned for any reason.
All ALLTECH parts are warrantable. Most products have a 1 year warranty. For full details please refer to your invoice for complete warranty period.
